January 8, 2010 QuickTrim Day 4
Today has overall been a pretty good day. I slept in a little while which was nice because I've had a hard time sleeping the past couple of days. Ok day four I didn't experence any nausious from the QuickTrim. For those that may want to try it here's a dosage suggestion. Take the PM tablets first in the morning. Make your breakfast and then take your AM tablets. Take your second set of AM tablets between lunch and dinner. Make sure there are several hours between your second set of AM tablets and your last set of PM tablets. I've found that if you take them this way you will avoid some of the side effects I experienced the first few days!
Eggo Low-Fat Nutra Grain Waffles
Today I tried my first Eggo Low-fat Nutra Grain Waffles. I will admit as I put the waffle in the toaster I was extremely nervous that it was going to taste more like cardboard than a waffle. Adding a little and I'm being honest it was just a little bit of butter and syrup I was pleasantly surprized! They are good! I would totally eat these again!!! And at 70 calories!!! They are not only good for you but LOW in calories! It made for an extremely satisfying breakfast! So for Eggo Low-Fat Nutra Grain Waffles I'll ask the questions "Would I buy these again and would I recommend them to my friends?" The answer! ABSOLUTELY!

NordicTrack CX 1000 Review
Description: NordicTrack's eliptical machine that is considered portable. It has a feature where you can fold it up, move it around and store it.
Truth: The machine is ackward and bulky. In it's "compact" set-up it is just as large as if it were fully set up. This makes it hard to move around and vertually impossible to store.
Price: HIGH! I can't remember exactly but well over $1,000
Construction: Machine rocks and sways back and forth as you use it making you feel like it may break while you are actually on the machine.
Power: Battery powered so it can be portable, but the machine uses batteries so fast that you can hardly afford to keep it running in 4 D batteries at a time.
Features: There's a fan that is worthless. There's a program manager that is really not all that diversified though it does keep time quite well. A good feature about this machine is that the "pedals" set to different settings which produce different length strides. This is nice because you can easily make it harder or easier for yourself.
OK! So here's the most important questions for all the products I'm going to review "Would I buy it again and would I recommend it to my friends?"
The answer for this product is no on both accounts. It is entirely overpriced for the construction and features of the piece.
Truth will I use it in my own home???? Yes, I paid a ton for this thing! I've got to at least get my money out of it!

QuickTrim First three days
Three days ago began my first steps towards losing weight with the help of a product called QuickTrim. It's a product that is heavily endorsed by the Kardashian Family (which I adore!), so of course I had to try it! Finally I was able to obtain the quickstart program from WalMart! I was so excited to get started. OK, so my experience so far is this. I can totally see why you would lose weight on this product. First of all the diet plan includes a low calorie suggested diet and exercise plan. Basically you take four pills throughout the morning and two before dinner and two at night. It's all in the instructions. Anyways, as for what the pills actually do to you. Well day one the morning pills that you take before you exercise I would suggest taking after you have had breakfast. I felt nauseous most of the day after taking the pills. Day two gets a little better as you figure things out and day three that symptom subsided but you do feel a little restless. As with most diet supplements you gain energy and restless to sleepless nights. OK now for the truth about one unexpected side effect. If trying this product expect to go to the bathroom and make WATER your new best friend. By the third day you will feel like you've been to the restroom 6,000 times and with all of this leaving your body dehydration is a nasty side effect you want to avoid.
As for how I feel about the product currently the jury is still out. I'm going to attempt to make it the 14 days to give the product a fair shot. I'm not completely thrilled so fair with the rotten stomach feeling that it seems to induce.

January 7, 2010
Hello to all of the world. I have decided to start blogging inorder to document my weight loss journey. First I will start by admitting to myself and the world I have gained weight over the past few years that I really need to get off. To go one step beyond that I will say..... now this is hard.... deep breath........ ok...... here it goes............ I need to loss at least 50 pounds if not 60. Ok it's out there. I've admitted it to you and to myself. It just makes me think "How did I get to this place?" I know that a lot of people out there have maybe more or less weight than that to lose, but my point is that it's a struggle. I've given myself a deadline, Aug 17 which is also my birthday to be Bikini Ready! I'm going to try different types of diets and exercises letting everyone know exactly how they worked for me, what I did, and my personal opinion. I'm a complete addict when it comes to exercise equipment and workout videos, so it's high time I stopped just buying them and started putting them to good use. Ok to start this right I'm going to do the unthinkable. Not only have I admitted to needing to lose weight, but I'm going to post my weight for all to see in order to keep up with my progress. Here we go Today's weight is 198.8. All right let's get started!!!
